As an independent ‘bricks and mortar’ shop PROUDLY still ON the ‘High Street’ (well, just ‘on the way’ to OUR ‘High Street’ technically, but you know what we mean!) We think that, hand-in-hand with this, should be AMAZING customer service!

With this in mind, if there is something specific you would like us to try and find for you (old or new!), if you want something small posted or something big couriered to you – we are HERE TO HELP!… Just ask.

As with all ‘internet’ purchases, you have up to 14 days to inform us you wish to return something at your own cost, unless, in the unlikely event it is ‘faulty’ of course! Our returns policy, as a very small business, is for sales originating in the actual shop we are able to offer an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE if items are returned in their original condition within a reasonable time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

When it comes to general interior design advice, nothing beats a good old-fashioned ‘face-to-face’ chat and that is why the Annie Sloan Decorative Product range is only stocked in independent shops just like ours!… We are the COLOUR EXPERTS, hand-picked, and trained, by Annie Sloan herself!
